ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES
How It Works
You deserve expert, individualized guidance without being locked into a long‑term package.
This practice is 100% hourly; support increases only when it clearly makes sense.

How We Begin
Initial consultation
(Approximately 60 minutes)
-
We Review:
-
your/student’s background, clarify priorities, and determine a focused goal for moving forward.
-
-
You share:
-
what you need most (example: a college list, essay help, application strategy, or deferral/LOCI support), and that becomes our first objective.
-
Hourly Rate, Cap, & Billing
Consulting at an hourly rate
-
Time includes:
-
review of materials, live meeting time, and a concise written follow‑up so you leave with a clear plan.
-
-
Total fee cap of 6,500 dollars:
-
for a student’s college process with this practice; once fees for that student reach 6,500 dollars, there is no further charge for additional time in that application cycle.
-
-
Hours are invoiced at the beginning of each month:
-
For work completed in the prior month, payment is expected by the 15th of that month via Venmo for consultation to continue.

Next Steps
If you would like to schedule an initial hourly consultation, you can reach out with a brief description of your needs and your student’s current grade, and a time will be set to get started.
Staying in Control of Time and Cost
-
Transparent tracking: Time is logged and can be shared on request so you see exactly how hours are used.
-
Check‑ins: If a task looks like it will run beyond the initial estimate, there will be a pause, an updated estimate, and an explicit decision about whether to continue.
-
No obligation to continue: You decide after each step whether you want additional help; there are no bundles or long‑term contracts, and you can also stop at any point before reaching the cap.
Each item below can typically be handled in 1–3 billable hours, depending on the applicant’s needs.
