ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES

How It Works

You deserve expert, individualized guidance without being locked into a long‑term package.

This practice is 100% hourly; support increases only when it clearly makes sense.

How We Begin

Initial consultation

(Approximately 60 minutes)

  • We Review:

    • your/student’s background, clarify priorities, and determine a focused goal for moving forward.

  • You share:

    • what you need most (example: a college list, essay help, application strategy, or deferral/LOCI support), and that becomes our first objective.

Hourly Rate, Cap, & Billing

Consulting at an hourly rate

  • Time includes:

    • Includes a review of materials, live meeting time, and a brief written summary so you’ll have a clear plan moving forward.

  • Total fee cap of 6,500 dollars:

    • for a student’s college process with this practice; once fees for that student reach 6,500 dollars, there is no further charge for additional time in that application cycle.

  • Hours are invoiced at the beginning of each month:

    • For work completed in the prior month, payment is expected by the 15th of that month via Venmo for consultation to continue.

Typical Hourly Projects

Services are booked hourly, with time typically allocated as follows

  • College list and strategy:

    • 1–1.5 hours to discuss goals, review academics, and outline a balanced preliminary list.

  • Personal statement/essay support:

    • 2–3 hours total for brainstorming, structure, and revision guidance across one major essay.

  • Application review:

    • 1–2 hours to review the Common Application or a specific application (activities, short answers, overall presentation).

  • Deferral/LOCI or waitlist strategy:

    • 1–1.5 hours to shape an update letter or LOCI and plan appropriate follow‑up.

Next Steps

If you would like to schedule an initial hourly consultation, you can reach out with a brief description of your needs and your student’s current grade, and a time will be set to get started.

Staying in Control of Time and Cost

  • Transparent tracking: Time is logged and can be shared on request so you see exactly how hours are used.

  • Check‑ins: If a task looks like it will run beyond the initial estimate, there will be a pause, an updated estimate, and an explicit decision about whether to continue.

  • No obligation to continue: You decide after each step whether you want additional help; there are no bundles or long‑term contracts, and you can also stop at any point before reaching the cap.
